In this unit, you learned about the soft c sound /s/:

Think back - help with spelling rules
  • It be spelled with the letter c or s
  • If the letter after the /s/ sound is a consonant, we use s
  • If the letter after the /s/ sound is a, or u, we use c
  • If the letter after the /s/ sound is e, i or y, it could be s or c so we have to learn them!
