set The set designer creates the large structures and props used to create the locations of the play. *
costume The costume designer creates the costumes for the characters of a play, including hair and make up design. *
puppet The puppet designer creates the puppets used in a production, including how they will be operated. *
designer A designer is in charge of creating some part of the production to help to create a sense of location or mood. *
technician The technician in a production is in charge of operating technical equipment such as lighting or sound boards. *
director The director of a play is in charge of all creative decisions, developing a concept or unifying idea for a production. *
