Intestine The small intestine is where most of the end absorption of food takes place. *
Bacteria Consisting of just one cell, we use bacteria to make yoghurt and cheese, but they can also cause diseases such cholera and food poisoning. *
Ecosystem An ecosystem is a community made up of living organisms and nonliving components such as air, water and mineral soil. *
Environment Ecology includes the study of how animals relate to their environment.
Population The world's population has reached 7 billion.
Consumer Consumers get their energy by consuming other organisms. *
bronchi Bronchi is the main passageway into the lungs. *
alveoli The alveoli are tiny air sacs within the lungs where the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide takes place. *
