If you still don't receive an email, log in using the username and password you created at signup.
After logging in you may see a notice that we are unable to deliver emails to you. Is the email address correct? If yes then there is a problem with your email provider accepting emails from us. If the email address you entered is incorrect it can be corrected or changed within Spellzone and we will send you another email. If you believe the email address is correct then try adding our domain spellzone.com to your safe senders list in your email platform and then let us know so we can resend a confirmation email.

Ask the administrator or teacher who invited you to check the 'Staff' section on Spellzone.
If you have staff members who have not received the email, first check the email address listed on Spellzone is correct, if not you can delete the staff member and re-invite them. If it is correct and Spellzone cannot deliver the email to you after 5 minutes it will display a warning sign against the email which says 'Delivery Error'. In this case try adding our domain spellzone.com to your safe senders list. If it does not say 'Delivery Error' it means the email has been delivered successfully and you should get your staff to check spam and deleted folders. If you still cannot find the email in spam or deleted folders please check with your email provider. You can resend the email by clicking on the arrow icon only once after a delivery error so please ensure spellzone.com is added to your safe senders list before resending.
