I didn't receive the confirmation email

First try waiting 5 mins or pressing on send/receive if you have the facility. Also check any spam folders.

If you still don't receive an email then login using the username and password you entered at signup. After logging in you may see a notice that we are unable to deliver emails to you. Is the email address correct? If yes then there is a problem with your email provider accepting emails from us. You can either try using a different email address or try adding our address [email protected] to your safe senders list in your email platform. If the email address you entered is incorrect it can be corrected within Spellzone and we will send you another email.

I didn't receive a teacher/administrator invite email

First try waiting 5 mins or pressing on send/receive if you have the facility. Also check any spam folders.

Get the administrator or teacher who invited you to check the 'Staff' section on Spellzone. First check the email address is correct. If its correct and Spellzone cannot deliver the email to you after one hour then against your name in the 'confirmed' column it will say 'Delivery Error'. In this case try adding our address [email protected] to your safe senders list. If it doesn't say 'Delivery Error' it means the email has been delivered successfully and you should check spam and deleted folders. You can resend the email by clicking on the cross icon.
