Improve your spelling with this fun and engaging test.
A split digraph is a spelling pattern where two letters, typically a vowel and an e, work together to create a single sound in a word, even though they are separated by another letter. In this list of longer words, the split digraph o-e is used to spell the long /o/ sound. By adding the e, you make the o say its name.
Test yourself on these longer o-e words using our Learn the Words activities.

"I would like to thank you so much for this great website. I have always been ashamed of my spelling but after a few lessons I am already better. It is filling in all the gaps. Thanks."
