Study: ew words

On the end of a word the long /u/ sound is sometimes spelled with the letters ew.

dew There is dew on the grass in the morning.
few Those flowers will die in a few days.
new The new road will have four wide lanes.
knew I wish I knew where I left my keys.
pew A pew is a bench in a church.
stew The campers ate beef and mushroom stew.
view There is a view of the sea from my balcony.
