Words that learners at Entry Level 3 are required to read and spell correctly.

When a word describes an occupation it is often spelled cian.

	electrician	The electrician fixed my lighting problem.
	magician	They had a magician at the children's party.
	mathematician	The mathematician solved his calculation.
	physician	Our family have used the same physician for years.
	clinician	The clinician tried to diagnose the patient.
	optician	The optician fitted two bifocal lenses into my eyeglasses.
	politician	A politician will speak at the meeting.
	statistician	The statisticians calculated the average working wage.
	technician	The technician fixed the computer.
	beautician	The beautician did a beautiful job painting my nails.
