Please read these terms and conditions before subscribing to Spellzone:
REFUND POLICY AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We are confident that the Spellzone course can cater for wide variety
of spelling needs, at several different levels of difficulty. However,
if, after viewing the full course for seven days, you feel it is not suitable
for your needs, you may contact us for a refund of your subscription charge.
Please e-mail admin@spellzone.com,
within seven days of subscribing, giving your reasons why the course is
unsuitable.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. This is handled
through WorldPay, a safe and secure payment system. As soon as WorldPay
have accepted your card payment, (usually less than one minute) you will
see a screen saying that you can now use the full Spellzone course for
one year. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your payment.
PAYMENTS BY INVOICE
Information for schools, colleges or other organisations who wish to buy
a licence to use the site with unlimited numbers of students:
The simplest and quickest way is to subscribe through WorldPay, as above,
using a credit or debit card. However, you may also pay by invoice. The
procedure is:
1. Customer downloads an order form. Click
here for a form.
2. Customer completes the order form and posts it to Spellzone.com
3. Your details are entered on the Spellzone database.
4. You will receive an e-mail receipt confirming your payment and the
start date of your subscription period.
Please note: Payments by invoice are only accepted for schools, colleges
and large organisations.
DATA PROTECTION
Your personal details will be kept on our database for the duration of
your subscription. We guarantee that these details will not be passed
on to any third party.
DISCLAIMER
Every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information on
this site. However, the site owner and web developers cannot be held responsible
for any loss resulting from errors. The link to a currency converter is
provided for your convenience but we are not responsible for the accuracy
of the rates given by this independent site.
